  • To make sure our amazing teammates are taken care of, there will now be a cancellation policy in place. A reminder email will be sent 48 hours ahead of your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of service will be charged as follows: Cancellations made prior to 12pm the day before service will be charged 75% of the service and cancellations made any time after 12pm the day before service will be charged 100% of the service. “Phone a Friend”: Clients will have the option to give away their appointment slot so long as the new booking is within 15 minutes of the original location. Transferred booking and full payment must be made by 5pm the day before scheduled service and meet location requirement, otherwise the cancellation policy remains in place. Charges will be made to the credit card on file. By booking with All the Small Things TX, you agree and consent to the policies outlined above.

  • For all services a credit card is required to book. Most services do not require full payment ahead of time and there is the option to pay at the time of service. The credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of service 48 hours after the original appointment date if it has not been paid by the client. Friday & Saturday appointments will be ran on Mondays. Autopay clients will be ran next day. By booking with ATST TX you agree and consent to this policy.

  • Most clients book 3-4 hours per visit. To get the best idea of what you need, schedule a FREE consultation.

  • While we will do our best to keep the same home assistant with you for each visit, sometimes the schedule does not allow. If your desired assistant is not available, you can skip visits until they are available without penalty. To ensure you are paired with your desired home assistant enroll in weekly or bimonthly service.

  • While we love children and are used to working with them home, our focus is on home tasks only. We love to recommend Babysitting Connection for childcare needs.

  • No, you do not have to be home. Please describe how we can enter and if you have pets in your intake form and/or your free consultation.

  • Cleaning can be subjective. The best way to know what your service will be is to book a free consultation.

    General Home Management Kitchen
    -Unload the dishwasher
    -Wash one sink load of dishes
    -Put dishes away
    -Wipe counters and mostly clean stove
    -Sweep

    Kitchens that have not been touched in 3 or more days with more than a sink full of dishes + full dishwasher would require a kitchen CLEAN.

    Vacuuming a playroom after organizing would be considered part of home management. Vacuuming the entire house would be considered cleaning (includes picking up the space as well)

  • To keep prices low and service customized, ATST will only used products and equipment provided by the client. Results will vary. Please note recommended products list.

    - Surface Spray
    -Bathroom Cleaner
    -Glass Spray
    -Dusting Products
    -Rags and/or Paper Towels

  • Retainers or full payment will be required for any service $200 or more. Retainers are non refundable unless the Home Assistant agrees to the cancellation (contagious illness).

  • Yes, all new clients must book a free consultation. This ensures we are setting everyone up for success.

  • While we do our best to anticipate the needs of all of our wonderful clients, sometimes we may not anticipate all of them. It is the responsibility of the client to share any specifics on the intake form, consultation, or in person.

    Example: If you do not throw away food sitting out, please make sure we are aware.

  • Reoccurring Service

    Clients who opt for weekly or bimonthly service must book a minimum of 4 appointments. Clients who continuously reschedule or cancel last minute will be removed from reoccurring service and must book at normal prices. Cancellation policy still applies.

    Reenrollment in our reoccurring services program will be on a case by case basis. To avoid removal from our Reoccurring Service list please give us 2 weeks notice if you are needing a change in frequency. If your home assistant is booked during time while you opt out of service (vacation or emergencies do not apply), there is no guarantee we can accommodate if/when you decide to reenroll.

    Discounts

    Receive 20% off a service for all unique client referrals once they complete a visit with us. Weekly service is the highest discount available.

  • Travel fees are applied if the home assistant has to travel outside of their service area. Book a consultation to learn who your Home Assistant may be.
