1. Delete the Amazon App Earlier this year I tried it, and my purchases were nearly zero. When I was forced to go to the store, I found that I could do without or use something I already had. 2. Unfollow accounts that encourage you to buy things daily. It’s not just the products, but the bulky packaging that quickly adds to clutter. 3. Get rid of any bins that don’t have a matching lid. When containers aren’t being used appropriately they create more chaos than they do help. 4. Ask a friend to help. Even if it’s just accountability. 5.
